We’d recommend you check in from 3 – 6 p.m., please check out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
In case you should want to take your time on the day of departure – the booked room is available for you also after the usual check-out (by 3 p.m.) against a fee of €50.
By car
On the Autobahn A3, coming from Deggendorf:
Take the exit “Aicha vorm Wald”, continue via Hutthurm and Waldkirchen.
Or:
Via A94 / B12 / A3 coming from Mühldorf/Altötting:
Take the exit “Passau Mitte“, follow B12 / B388 via Hauzenberg.
By electric car
At the Villa, you can recharge both your batteries – and your electric car. Directly adjacent to the Villa, there’s a wallbox available for our guests and tourists (charging socket type 2, max. 11 kWh) for EV charging.
On foot
Walk past the war memorial in front of the town hall, turn right into Höpflbergstraße and immediately right again into Pausenweg.
By railway
At Passau central train station (Hauptbahnhof), rail travellers can board the bus no. 7599, which takes them directly to Breitenberg, get off at the stop “Passauer Straße”.
